Strategy sessions

Strategy sessions are conducted either on the phone or onsite at a client location.  These sessions could be in a structured or free-format that includes interactive discussions, responding to client strategy, advise and recommendation.  Depending on level of the engagement, such sessions may also include a customized report summarizing the interaction.

Proposal Support

Various levels of support are offered and tailored to meet the need of the client.  Available to perform analyses of client's existing proposal acquisition strategy and development processes to identify areas for improvement.  Also available to participate on proposal teams as a review team member.  Expertise offered includes editing of content and review of requirements matrix to ensure compliance.

Contract Management

Provide insight and advice on the following topics:

  • Contract Design: assistance choosing the correct contract type associated with level of risk of the project
  • Supply-chain Best Practice Implementation: pre-award, award, and post-award phases
  • Change Management

Authorized Agent

Act on behalf of a client's firm with the option to either actively participate in or lead a negotiation.  The engagement includes the implementation of tactical modifications as required during the negotiation to meet strategically identified targets.


Customizable workshops are designed with topics as directed by the client ranging from 2 hours to 16 hours in length.


  • Hourly Rates offered dependent upon level of project complexity.
  • Available to operate on retainer, rate to be determined on a per-case basis.
